Galleries are great places to discover a wide range of creative work and the independent gallery owners are always happy to talk about the work and tell you all about the artist who created it.
Creative workshops
Sharing their passion for art is second nature to Cambridge’s artists and makers. Many of them run regular workshops where you can hone your skills or even learn new ones, as most offer classes for beginners as well as more experienced hands. There are bookbinding courses, calligraphy workshops, painting and printmaking and ceramics to choose from.
