Well I Never
A highly-trained marketer, Hannah Stapley-Parker has dedicated the past 15 years to helping major businesses grow their brands, from Jaguar and Standard Life to Littlewoods and Very.
Such is her passion that the self-confessed ‘life-long learning nerd’ has notched up an impressive array of qualifications, including a certificate from the Chartered Institute of Marketing and a mini MBA in Brand Management. She clearly knows her craft, with clients eulogising: ‘Fearless, tenacious, passionate and challenging, Hannah will get under the skin of whatever your marketing problem is at lightning speed’.
Equipped with the knowledge and experience to make a difference, Hannah has launched Cambridge-based marketing consultancy, Well I Never. Working with businesses to help them build confident, commercially-effective marketing teams, she aims to inspire those lightbulb ‘well I never’ moments as she creates the conditions in which staff can prosper (and crucially rediscover a love for their job). Hands-on and engaging, Hannah will position herself within a business, assessing the marketing team’s function and identifying issues before devising a robust strategy to unlock productivity and profitability, putting the marketers at the heart of the plan.
Bristolian Hannah also specialises in inspirational talks and workshops for businesses aimed at reigniting a love of learning. Taking staff away from their screens, she motivates them to embrace curiosity, find the joy in learning and build knowledge sustainably. This, in turn, helps employees to engage more effectively with work-related training.
Hannah, who was Head of Brand and Communications at SunLife and latterly led an in-house agency at Standard Life, is currently working her consultancy magic on a global marketing intelligence agency and giving talks to large advertising agencies across London and Bristol. But any business, small or large, looking to become more commercially viable, with a happier workforce, could benefit from her expertise and passion.
