Crispin Moller is like a modern-day Poirot, using his finely-honed analytical skills and wealth of industry experience to help businesses devise effective marketing strategies. The founder of Sparrowhawk Consulting in Cambridge, he specialises in unravelling the mysteries of marketing, helping businesses to ‘see the forest for the trees’. Crispin launched Sparrowhawk in 2019 and has worked with numerous businesses, from start-ups such as Cambridge electric bike company FLIT to telecoms innovation giant UK5G.
Passionate about people and easy-to-talk to, Crispin gets to know his clients, discovering their needs before tailoring bespoke, budget-specific marketing strategies which are actionable, achievable and measurable. His offerings includes competitor analysis, tailored brand strategy and development, innovative campaigns, digital marketing optimisation and customer engagement solutions. Keen to elevate brands, Crispin is adept at finding the story that will capture clients’ attention. For FLIT, this meant cycling one of their foldable bikes up Mount Snowdon to challenge those who doubted the compact cycle’s performance prowess.
Crispin, who has a Masters in Strategic Marketing from Cranfield, spent 15 years gathering industry skills and expertise prior to launching Sparrowhawk. Working extensively in account management and sales, he ended up ‘consulting by accident’ whilst helping set up a co-working office space in Waterbeach. During his time with government-funded UK5G he delivered six round-table discussions with top telecoms experts, drafted white papers and steered the organisation through a major rebrand.
Strong in body as well as mind, Crispin has represented Great Britain as a triathlete and completed the gruelling 500-mile Camino de Santiago in Northern Spain.
