A true family affair – Go Glass is run by the brother and sisters’ team of Clive, Tracy and Emma (the company itself was launched by their father Raymond Sparkes, in 1978, on Kingston Street, Cambridge). One by one the siblings joined their father, adding their various skillsets, and taking the business in an exciting new direction towards glass design.

Go Glass’s portfolio is now exceptionally diverse, from frameless doors, and shower cubicles to striking balconies and balustrades, and trendy printed splashbacks to wow-factor kitchen worktops. The company’s best-sellers are their uber-modern frameless glass doors, which bring a sense of light and room to offices and homes. There are 36 designs, inspired by nature, geometric patterns and transport, and many customers opt for bespoke models.

Clive particularly, has always been blessed with incredible creative flair – exhibiting his stunning glass art at events such as Glasstec in Dusseldorf, and Hampton Court and Chelsea Flower Shows, and in 2022 launch a unique way to display your favourite wine – the frameless glass wine cellar – at Grand Designs Live in London.

Over four decades in business, and Go Glass is a prime example of an indie with master craftsmanship at its core, but a global vision for its future. A company that cares about clients big and small, and continually nurtures its gifted team of employees. Cambridge is still their home, but now with all the manufacturing taking place in their new Glass Production Centre near Pampisford.
