You may work with a wonderful team but find that the all-encompassing nature of your job leaves little time for progress or positive change. This is where the transformative team at Curve Cambridge can step in and use powerful workshops and coaching to inject new energy into a business and help employees realise their potential.

Passionate about creating change through collaboration and a belief in people, the trusted coaches and facilitators take staff away from the ‘office noise’ in workshops that are energetic, engaging and fun. Out are boring Powerpoint presentations and in are captivating team sessions with music, laughter and a multitude of Post-it notes, from which ideas take flight.

Curve Cambridge is run by highly-experienced facilitators and coaches John Monks and Alison Booth; ‘hopeful optimists’ with impressive backgrounds in driving business transformation. Mindset expert John has been running Curve for many years, initially as a global change consultancy in London and New York and since 2022 jointly with Alison, focusing on creating change in Cambridge. John and Alison worked together in 2015, founding co-working business, CambridgeSpace, and later Cambridge Hack, running large-scale innovation events. Alison has extensive experience in management consulting and business transformation.

Curve Cambridge clients range from indie businesses to Cambridge City Council, who they helped pioneer a community wealth building project in Abbey. Personalised nutrition company Zoe is another success story with an idea mooted in a Curve ideation workshop going from Post-it to M&S product launch in six months. Elsewhere, a PR company that collaborated with Curve reported a 27 per cent revenue uplift, amounting to millions of pounds.

Through their unique workshops, which can be in-person or online, Alison and John hope to bring together the brilliant minds of Cambridge to facilitate change which has a real and lasting impact in the world.
